Who We Are

The Purdue University Technical Assistance Program (TAP) provides high-value solutions to increase profitability for businesses and to improve the productivity of the state and local government. Operating from eight statewide offices, the program utilizes Purdue University faculty, students, and staff.

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to partner with communities and organizations within and adjacent to the healthcare industry. Through fee-based contracts, grants, and no-cost programs, HealthTAP partners with healthcare professionals in process improvement. Our work aims to improve patient care quality and health outcomes through strategy and process. We provide customized technical assistance, training, and education based on a Lean approach to process and culture. Our services are centered on empowering organizations to improve operations and streamline care through training and capacity building using various tools and approaches. Our diverse team has extensive healthcare experience and takes pride in developing customized work informed by the voice of the customer.
