HealthTAP works on a fee-for-service contract basis with hospitals and healthcare organizations that are not eligible for grant-subsidized services. We offer technical assistance for the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Alternative Payment Models (APMs) quality payment programs.
Consultation time is based on the needs of the organization and can include the following:
Quality payment program eligibility
Reporting requirements
High-level data reviews
Detailed plans to improve performance in all performance categories
Data reporting assistance for the Quality Payment Program
Establishment of chronic care management programs to leverage new Medicare bill code changes
Every organization’s technical challenges are different, and the right solution starts with understanding your unique needs. Let’s start a conversation and explore how Purdue TAP can help you move forward.
